Wilson's Coffee & Tea Serves Coffee for a Cause
Wilson's Coffee & Tea, LLC will be holding its annual Happy Brew Year celebration New Years Day from 10AM until 4PM. All drink sales and tips from this day will go to Coffee Kids, an international non-profit organization established to improve the quality of life for children and families who live in coffee-growing communities around the world.
According to Neal Wilson, roaster for Wilson's Coffee & Tea, "Coffee Kids, with its projects focused on community development, education, and economic diversification, understands that improving the quality of life in coffee growing communities requires looking beyond the coffee they produce to find a way toward sustainable independence and self-sufficiency. Coffee Kids projects have helped thousands of people, and we are proud to support them with our Happy Brew Year celebration."

I have spoken with and recieved email from several people in the specialty coffee industry who say that they enjoy reading these notes. I learned today that I will be attending the SCAA annual conference and convention this year in Seattle. I hope to see those of you who are also attending.
