New Centrals

You keep buying coffee, so today I ordered more of it. Some are new lots of coffee we already have, but some new things are also on the way.

Java will be from a different estate. I expect to be out of the Pancoer Estate before the Jampit Estate arrives. We will also be out of Mocha Java Blend for a few days.

We've been out of Peru for a while and there is only about a one week supply of Honduras left. I decided to use this opportunity to shake up our selection of Central American coffees with coffees from Nicaragua and El Salvador.

The El Salvador is a pulped natural. With this preparation style the coffee cherries are pulped and the parchment is dried with the mucilage still on. I'm really looking forward to getting this coffee.

The Nicaraguan is from a small estate in Matagalpa. It is shade grown between 1260 and 1350 meters, sun dried and processed at the estate.

With decafs, I have wanted a good decaffeinated Kenyan to round out our selection but it has been a while since I've been able to find the quality I wanted. This time, decaffeinated Kenyan coffee that tastes like Kenyan coffee was available, so I bought a little.

These coffees are expected to ship Monday or Tuesday (the Java is just clearing customs) so these should be here soon.
