Some of you may have noticed that we are out of Java Jampit Estate. I don't have any more of that to roast. I have ordered more coffee from Java, but it is not yet in the country. We should have that back in about three weeks provided there are no unforseen complications.
Along with the Java we will be getting a decaffeinated Tanzanian peaberry.
Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Konga Natural from the eCafé auction will take a little longer to arrive. The shipping from Ethiopia has been arranged and I now know how much it will cost to move the coffee from Ethiopia to the United States.
