Yesterday I cupped the Java and figured out how I want to roast it. I went with something very similar to what I was doing with the Java Jampit Estate. In other words, a dark roast that's still very smooth. This morning I worked out a Mocha Java Blend with this coffee and Yemen. Both of these are available now.
