Today I roasted the last of our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Konga Natural. For those who want Ethiopian coffee once we've sold out of this, there will be a nice Ethiopian Sidamo. Those looking for a rare coffee only available at Wilson's Coffee & Tea will have to wait for a Kenya Peaberry that should be arriving soon. The next lot of that is a neat 0.9 bag lot from a very small farm. The sample had a great creamy body with spice notes while maintaining the vibrant acidity expected of a quality Kenyan coffee. I'll have more to say about this coffee once it arrives at the shop.
I also roasted the last of our coffee from Java. A few blends will need to be adjusted and Mocha Java Blend will become temporarily unavailable until more coffee from Java arrives.
